Subscriptions & Memberships to Saddlefit 4 Life can be ordered through our website. If we accept your order, we will issue you an invoice and an email confirmation. The issuing of this confirmation email by us confirms that a binding contract has been formed between us on the terms of these Conditions and the Saddlefit 4 Life Academy Order Form.
All subscriptions & Memberships to the Saddlefit 4 Life are subject to auto-renewal. This means that when you first purchase a subscription to any of the Saddlefit 4 Life, you are agreeing to us automatically renewing your subscription at the end of its term and issuing an invoice for a renewed period (for example, if you have a 12-month contract, we will automatically renew your subscription for a further 12 months at the end of each 12 month period). Your subscription will automatically renew in this way for successive periods unless you give us 1 month’s notice, such notice to end at the end of the then-current term (i.e. you need to give us notice by the beginning of month 12 of your subscription if you do not want us to automatically renew your subscription).

You are responsible for the provision of and payment for the telecommunications services received by you to access the Website and Services, as well as for having a suitable computer, browser, modem, and other hardware, software, or communications equipment necessary to enable you to access the Website and Services. At Saddlefit 4 Life Academy we pride ourselves on the quality and depth of our education that is why we offer a 100% money back guarantee on purchases of our courses minus processing fees.
We offer a 14 day money back policy on the “Unlocking Saddle Fit Course” and the “Saddle Fitting Essentials Course”.
For the “Equine Ergonomist Course” Or “Certified Equine Ergonomist Course” we offer a 48 hour cool down period where you can receive 100% money back minus processing fees within the first 48 hours of purchasing. The reason for the shorter time frame is we provide full access to our education after purchase. The education contains proprietary information only available to our highest level students and after 48 hours we will assume you have accessed and viewed this proprietary information and it is considered non-refundable.

If you purchased tickets to a live in-person event, we only offer full refunds up to 60 days before the event start date. If the event is within 60 days then the only option we offer is the ability to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Just contact info@saddlefit4life.com to transfer your ticket.

When you attend one of our live events you acknowledge that by attending the event you may be captured in photos or videos of the event. You acknowledge that by attending you will be irrevocably granting Saddlefit 4 Life and Saddlefit 4 Life’s assignees, licensees, and successors the right to use your image or video of of you in all forms of media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of the images or videos used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images or videos.

Saddlefit 4 Life makes every effort to provide support services through various channels which are made available to all registered students. It is the responsibility of the student to exploit these services as part of their educational journey should they ever require assistance with the academy or their courses. Instructors will make every possible effort to provide support and assistance to students who request it.
Saddlefit 4 Life reserves the right to deny current or future course access, revoke certification, or terminate any active enrollment without refund in the event of serious breaches of our values, code of conduct, or professional standards.

Addresses & Shipping
For all CEE toolkits, the student is solely responsible for providing the correct address in which all kits will be shipped. Any toolkits that are returned to our shipper will be subject to additional charges, due prior to the kits being re-shipped. Saddlefit 4 Life is not responsible for packages that do not make it to their destination due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or a failure to respond to courier inquiries at the time of delivery.
